It is easy pick really, i can't find any opponent to match up this emulator, it is free, multiplatform, has most compatibility, and has modding capability, well at least for texture modding. So.. what else would you ask more?
After some research i found that android phone right now is capable enough to emulate psp, yes it old enough but their graphics still not too bad for today's standard. Ok ok.. it is might be a little bit dated, but hey.. who cares? if you can have a lot of fun with it, it's ok right??
For multiplayer, you can play 4 players co-op when using this emulator and you don't need effin internet, just connecting to the same wifi, even if there is no wifi nearby, you can set up hotspot in one of player devices and use it as server and playing on it at the same time. Very convenient eh?
What is more fun is this emulator is multi platform, so while you play with your phone,your friend can use pc or laptop and you can play together with you friends.
